This week we are diving into the Body Positivity Movement!  What does this mean and how is it supposed to help us gain a better understanding of how we perceive our bodies?

These are both great questions that we unpack in this week's episode.  Which is the better perspective: body positivity or body neutrality?!  I think there is a time and place for both to be present, depending on where your personal concerns lie.  Take a listen for examples of how we are trying to convey a positive body image as mother's raising young kids, this is a tough one for us!!
