Fall is a fantastic time of year to hunker down and set some realistic goals for yourself.  Research shows that this time of year we are most productive and actually get things done.  With the 'back to school' hype that comes with this season, it's only natural for us to fall back into familiar routines and use the energy of the changing seasons to our advantage.
